I just realized that I have not properly introduced myself in this blog.

 

So now… you think I’m gonna do that?? NOOOOOOOO!! Haha! ^_^

 

I also realized that I have not continued the “love” story I wrote… It was supposed to have 5 or 7 parts, depending on the way my brain functions, but I was only able to write 3 parts… Still, I cannot continue that. Why? I just don’t want to continue that anymore. I suck at love stories. I suck at relationships… I suck at just about anything related to the supposedly magical feeling between a man and a woman. The only love I am good at is the love I feel for my creator. ^_^ And another thing is, the inspiration for that “love” story was already married. Yeah, I just found out about it two weeks ago. Well, let me clarify that the gnome and the said inspiration, who is now married, are totally different. They have similarities in a way but there is not a chance that the circumstances in the fiction I wrote are totally the same to what really happened between me and the said inspiration…. who is now married. I just have to say that he is married again and again. I have to rub it into myself. I have to actually believe it. Not that I am affected in an unfavorable way, believe it or not, I AM NOT. Haha… I am totally over him. It’s just that it feels strange to know that your first love is already married. I have really good memories of him and I would certainly want him to be happy. That is just fair, right? Considering the fact that he made me happy during a certain period in my life. Oh well, I do hope he is fine.

 

In spite of the number of words dedicated to the said inspiration of the gnome story, it was not what this post was supposed to be about. This post is about the doctor. He is not a doctor but I would call him that and I am never going to tell you why. ^_^

 

You see, the doctor was the “he” I talked a bit about in this post. The one I love just for who he is. The “him” in this entry. The “nakakaoffend” person in this blog. And the subject of many other blogs I have posted in this site. Haha. Ngayon ko lang narealize na madami palang blog na kasali sya or sya mismo ung dahilan kung bakit ko sinulat.

 

Anyway, this blog is going to be about him and my crazy feelings towards him again. Sick of him as the subject?? Alright, fine… let’s just pretend that you are the doctor so that you would feel that this blog is about you, OK? It does not matter if you are a girl.. since we are already pretending, you can just imagine that I am actually a guy, make that the guy you are in love with to make things better.

 

You see, the doctor has just made me fall for him over and over again. Why? Wala lang… It just so happens that we have a connection again. I have time for him again and it seems that he also has time for me. Seems lang ah. ^^ Add that to the fact that I have a stronger and closer relationship to my Lord and it would mean that I am on cloud nine these days. I guess what I am trying to say is that I am really happy now… Maybe you think that it would be better if I am in a relationship with that guy but you see, I don’t really want to be in a relationship now. Friendship and connection, that’s enough, I am going to try to be a doctor so I would probably be busy with my studies after a month and I still have my part time job. And as I have said, I suck at relationships… although I am quite certain that I would not suck at it if he is the one I am having it with. HAHAHA!

 

I should stop and end this.^_^

Alright.. so the title was an exaggeration.. but my friend might have felt that way about my updating, or maybe not-updating, habits with regard to this blog. SORRY, OK?? ^_^

As promised, I shall blog about the scrapbook that my office friends prepared for me..

 I am also thankful for the Starbucks GCs that my JC friends gave me. I was part of JC for the first few months of my employment in my previous company and I believe I made lasting comradeship with the JC pipz.  

 I was really touched by their messages. I never thought that I would be able to leave such impact on their lives. To  be honest, I never imagined being close to the people I actually got close with. Well, God moves in mysterious ways and I am thankful that He provided me with such good friends.

Korean… YUM!

I like to eat.. I like spicy food.. Hence, I like to eat Korean food. I just bought a Gochujang from a Korean store in Monumento the other day cause I am addicted to it.  

 

On the other hand, I know I had been a very bad blogger and my last post was last February.. which means I didn’t have any blog entry for the month of March.   Sorry about that.  Anyway, I think it is high time that I start blogging again and I got a perfect thing to blog about. Here goes…

 

I usually go to Korean stores or restaurants with some friends because we like to eat Korean dishes. However, my last visit to a Korean resto, which was last Friday, was extra special since it was also a not-s0-farewell party for me. I just quit my job and my last day was last week.

 

We ate Samgyeopsal.. and a lot of side dishes.

I went there with 10 friends; so we occupied three tables.

..and this is obviously a salad.. which I think is not so-Korean..

 

…we had Kimchi, of course.. Kimchi is the national dish of South Korea.. there are different kinds of Kimchi but my personal favotire is this one.. 

 

 

 ..and this is probably sea weed.. hehe.. I don’t know..

 

 

..and another dish I don’t know the name of.. It’s made of turnips, anyway.

 

 

…here is the Samgyeopsal being grilled with sweet potatoes and garlic.. (invisible yung bawang.. haha!)

 

 

..then, when the meat is cooked, you would need this lettuce to wrap it with..

 

 

 

 

…but not before you dip it on some olive oil with salt and  Ssamjang…

 you can also dip it in Gochujang, if you like..

 then, you can finally put it on a lettue leaf and add some shredded green onions.

 

 

Then, it would look like that ^^^^ . hehe..

Be sure to wrap it tightly so the juice won’t come out.

 

The Korean store manager actually got angry at us because we brought some food from another restaurant.. I forgot the name.. but the reason why we brought it is because the restaurant where we ate does not offer it.. We also brought some Bugnay wine which is a gift from a friend..and she also got angry about that.. 

 

Stilll, we already did that before and she never got angry.. not until last Friday.. I guess the real reason why she got angry was because me and another friend sang a Japanese song.. hehehe

By the way, my colleagues/friends also prepared a cute scrapbook for me.. which I will blog about next.  

 

And another thing.. my new background is some kind of an eye-sore, right? haha.. bear with me. ^_^
